To process your booking, send you the confirmation, let you re-access the booking later, and help the operator manage their inventory. Marketing communications are opt-in only.
Contract performance (processing your booking), legitimate interest (abuse prevention, operator manifest), and — for marketing — your explicit consent.
We do not sell your personal information.
Booking + payment records are retained for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution (typically 7 years under most jurisdictions). Technical logs are kept 90 days. Marketing opt-ins are honoured until you unsubscribe.
You can request a full export of your data, or ask us to erase it. Email the operator of the booking — their support email is in your confirmation — and they will process the request. Financial records required by law may survive an erasure request in redacted form.
We use a minimal set of strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and session handling. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies on our storefront.
Data may be processed in the region where your operator's infrastructure is hosted. Where EU / UK data leaves that region, standard contractual clauses apply.
