TripStub is a software platform that helps attraction and experience operators accept bookings, take payments, and distribute to third-party channels. "We", "us", "TripStub" refer to the TripStub platform.
TripStub provides multitenant booking infrastructure, storefront hosting, payment integration, and distribution tools. We do not operate tours or experiences ourselves — every booking is between a customer and the independent operator who listed the experience.
You will not: abuse or probe the platform; resell access without permission; store credentials of other users; upload unlawful content; attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
Payments are processed by Stripe (or another configured payment provider) under the operator's own merchant account. TripStub does not hold funds. Disputes, chargebacks, and refunds are handled between the customer, the operator, and the payment processor.
Operators are responsible for: accurate product listings, honouring bookings made through the platform, complying with local laws (including tax, licensing, consumer protection), handling refund and cancellation claims against the cancellation policy they published.
Customers are responsible for: providing accurate contact details at checkout, reading the cancellation policy before booking, arriving on time, any additional rules the operator specifies in the booking confirmation.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripStub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability in any calendar year is capped at the platform fees paid to us in that year.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post the revised Terms.
